Product Description

Sewer trucks, also known as sludge pumps, primarily collect and transport waste, sludge, and other liquid materials. They are widely used in municipal sanitation, various industrial and mining enterprises, schools, residential communities, for urban pipeline cleaning and unblocking, septic tank cleaning and transportation, and factory biogas sludge removal, etc. Alongside water trucks and garbage trucks, they are known as the three major sanitation vehicle types.

Topwear

The drum is made of Wuhan Iron and Steel Group's GB-standard carbon steel plate, utilizing advanced rotational molding technology for one-time molding. It boasts high-intensity corrosion resistance, equipped with a high-power vacuum pump for strong suction and long suction stroke. A float ball liquid level controller is installed, with an optional electronic alarm system. Overflow prevention devices are fitted to prevent wastewater from backflowing into the vacuum pump system when full. A large-diameter discharge valve is installed for easy removal of various waste materials and sludge. The drum's top is equipped with a window for easy access to clean the sediment. It features self-priming and self-discharging capabilities for convenient use.

Operation Process

Sewage trucks utilize a power take-off installed at the side of the chassis transmission to drive the engine, which in turn powers the vacuum pump. When the engine exhausts, the air inside the tank is suctioned out, creating a vacuum and lowering the tank pressure below atmospheric pressure. Under the force of atmospheric pressure, the fecal slurry is then drawn into the tank through the suction hose. During the suction phase, the hose is positioned close to the bottom of the tank, continuously drawing air into it. This increases the tank pressure above atmospheric pressure, allowing the fecal slurry to be expelled out of the tank under the force of the compressed air.
