Product Performance and Features

The tank structure of the water sprinkler vehicle is elliptical or square-circular, manufactured from Wugang carbon steel using a large-scale roller machine for one-time molding. Advanced equipment and automatic welding technology ensure a more aesthetically pleasing and sealed design. The entire tank has a 2-3 compartment design, with a through-hole at the bottom of the intermediate partition. The tank is equipped with anti-sway and anti-wave partitions inside, which act as wave guards to reduce the impact of liquid within the tank during vehicle operation. The exterior is coated with anti-rust and decorative paint.

Product Configuration

Our products come standard with a forward spray, rear spray, side spray, and rear-mounted work platform. The platform is equipped with a high-pressure water cannon (rotatable 360°, adjustable to pillar mode with a maximum range of 35 meters, mist mode with a maximum range of 15 meters, as well as straight shot, heavy rain, medium rain, light rain, and drizzle), a high-power dedicated sprinkler pump, a power take-off device, a debris filter screen, and a national standard universal 65-type fire interface (water can be added through a fire hydrant). A set of self-flow ball valve system (capable of self-suction and discharge, can draw water from rivers or ponds into the tank with a maximum suction lift of 7 meters), and two flexible water transfer steel wire hoses. The pump, power take-off, ball valve, and filter screen are all national standard products. The main pipeline is thickened, flange pads and flanges are thickened, with a universal forward jet, and a large-diameter ball valve. The overall features include excellent performance, safety and reliability, high efficiency, large flow rate, and easy maintenance.
