Product Performance and Features

The water tank of the sprinkler truck is elliptical or square-circular in structure, made of carbon steel from Wugang, formed in one go using a large rolling machine, with advanced equipment for automatic welding, resulting in a more aesthetically pleasing and well-sealed design. The entire tank has 2-3 compartments, with a perforated bottom panel in the middle separator, and a wave and shock-proof separator inside the tank to reduce liquid impact within the tank during vehicle travel. The exterior is coated with anti-rust and decorative paint.

Product Configuration

Our products come standard with front冲洗, rear洒水, side喷洒, and rear-mounted work platforms. The platforms are equipped with high-pressure water cannons (360° rotatable, adjustable to pillar shape with a maximum range of 35 meters, mist with a maximum range of 15 meters, direct jet, heavy rain, moderate rain, light rain, and drizzle), a high-power dedicated sprinkler pump, a power take-off unit, a debris filter screen, a national standard universal 65-type fire hydrant interface (water can be added through the hydrant), a set of self-flow ball valve system (self-priming and self-draining, capable of drawing water from rivers or ponds into the tank with a maximum suction lift of 7 meters), and two water conduit steel wire hoses. The pump, power take-off unit, ball valve, and filter screen are all national standard products. The main pipeline is thickened, flange gaskets and flanges are reinforced, featuring universal front冲洗, and large-diameter ball valves. The overall product boasts excellent performance, safety, reliability, high efficiency, large flow rate, and easy maintenance.

2. Provide customers with after-sales service (including customized modifications), covering quality issues due to manufacturing, assembly, materials, etc., within the "warranty period." Outside the "warranty period," customers still benefit from professional tracking of product usage, along with repair and parts supply, promptly handling the shipment of consumables and accessories.

3. Train employees of user units in the correct use, operation, and full maintenance skills of environmental sanitation equipment, collaborate with user units to cultivate technical talent, and jointly enhance product warranty levels. Ensure that operators are proficient in the basic structure, principles, operation, and troubleshooting methods of vehicles and equipment.

4. Any non-manual mechanical failures and damage to parts within the warranty period will be covered for free replacement.

5. Quick response technical support, offering timely service assurance. For quality issues reported by users within the warranty period, Lubaun guarantees a clear response to the user on the same day upon receiving the user's notification. If it is deemed necessary to provide on-site service, after-sales personnel will arrive at the service location within 24-48 hours based on the region, locality, and distance, or entrust a specialist to perform on-site after-sales service.
