The vehicle is fully sealed, self-compressing and self-tilting, with all waste water from the compression process entering the waste water tank, which effectively addresses the issue of secondary pollution during waste transportation, thus avoiding inconvenience to people. Topwear

The cabinet is made of WuGang carbon steel plate material, featuring a 3-side and 4-bottom configuration with manganese plate. The interior is treated for corrosion and rust resistance. The arched pressure-resistant cabinet comes with a full extension mechanism. The rear end of the garbage compactor cabinet is designed for connection, equipped with a hydraulic lock on the rear door. The vehicle rear end is fitted with a thick rubber sealing strip, a waste water tank at the rear, and a drainage port on the side to prevent water leakage, ensuring excellent overall sealing.

Operation Process

The working principle involves using a hydraulic lifting mechanism to automatically elevate the trash bin to the top of the truck, where waste is poured into the compartment. A discharge pusher then pushes the waste towards the rear of the truck, compressing it to a higher density and even distribution within the compartment, achieving the purpose of compression. During unloading, the rear cover of the truck also automatically flips open hydraulically, and the pusher discharges the waste to complete the unloading process. The compression principle employs a mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic联动 control system, computer control, and manual operation system. It achieves waste pouring, crushing, flattening, and compaction into the compartment by means of fillers, pushers, and other devices.
