Arm-type garbage truck, featuring multiple bins per vehicle and self-unloading capabilities, ensuring safety, stability, and reliable performance. The garbage bins come in different configurations, including arm-type and dual-purpose pit/ground models. Product Structure:

(1) Control Device - The buttons and levers on top are used to control various actions during the self-loading/unloading process.

(2) The main hydraulic cylinder and swing arm are actuated by pushing the control rod forward (backward), causing the main hydraulic cylinder to extend or retract, and driving the main arm to swing forward (backward), thereby lifting (lowering) the container. When the container is empty, the quick adjustment feature can be used to allow the main arm to swing backward quickly and lower the container. At this point, while pushing the control rod backward, press the button on the control rod.

(3) Telescopic Hydraulic Cylinders and Telescopic Arms - The telescopic cylinders can be controlled by buttons on the operating device to drive the telescopic arms, which can lift or lower the body. As required, the left and right telescopic arms can move together or individually.

(4) Support hydraulic cylinders and support legs - During loading and unloading, rear support legs are used to prevent the vehicle from tilting backward, providing stability. The operation is controlled via buttons on the control device. Due to uneven ground, the left and right support legs can also operate independently.

(5) Box Stopper - Prevents the box from sliding forward or to the sides, ensuring safety during transportation. The front stopper can be adjusted forward and the side stoppers can be moved outward by rotating the handle, based on the box's bottom dimensions to accommodate different box sizes.

(6) Chains - Vehicle chains are available in 3 specifications: single chain, double chain, and adjustable chain. Choose the appropriate chain based on the type of box.

(7) Flip Hook

When the arm garbage truck needs to dump the material directly from the container, the flip hook is activated, at which point it must be in the upward position (flip position), directly pushed by the cylinder. The safety mechanism of the flip hook is automatically controlled by a cam. In this way, when the flip hook is in the upward position, the container's pivot axis is disengaged, and when flipped, the pivot axis is engaged by the flip hook.

The unloading process of the material must be handled externally; the control lever needs to be pulled up. When the flip hook is in the upper position, the cabin control is interrupted; the unloading process can only be controlled by the external control lever.

● Operation Process:

(1) Entire body loading of the arm garbage truck

Reverse the vehicle, positioning the rear of the car facing the container. Extend the support legs to the ground; adjust them individually if the ground is uneven. Confirm the flip hook is in the downward position. Swing the main arm backward (quick adjustment) to place the container between the two main arms. Adjust the telescopic arm to position the chain directly above the center of the container. Adjust the chain to fit the container size and hang it from the container's lifting ears. Swing the main arm forward until the container is on the loading surface. Retract the support legs. Position the flip hook in the upward position.

(2) Entire body unloading of the arm-type garbage truck

Drive the vehicle to the proper position, facing the unloading area. Extend the support legs to the ground; if the ground is uneven, adjust the legs individually. Place the flip hook in the downward position. Exit the cabin, check that the safety hook or chain hook is in the correct position. Swing the main arm backward until the container is close to the ground. Extend the telescopic arm to the distance where the container can swing freely at the rear of the vehicle. Swing the main arm backward until the container touches the ground. Exit the cabin, remove the chain. Park the vehicle in the transport position.

(3) Unloading of materials from the hopper of the arm-type garbage truck

The vehicle's rear faces the unloading area. The flip hook must be in the upright position (flip position). Extend the support legs and ensure the ground is firm and stable. Exit the cabin, check that the safety hook or chain hook is in the correct position. Verify that the container's flip axis is locked by the flip hook. Operate the external control lever to swing the main arm backward until the container is emptied.

Section 3: Power Transmission System and Hydraulic Drive Principle of the Arm-Type Garbage Truck

The power for the hydraulic system is derived from the car's engine, driven by the clutch to operate the transmission. The activation of the power take-off is controlled by an electromagnetic air control valve. When the power take-off operates, the connected drive shaft and plunger hydraulic pump also rotate. The pump rotates idly for approximately 5 to 10 seconds before it starts to affect various operational processes. The movements of various hydraulic cylinders are achieved through the hydraulic system. The system boosts oil from the reservoir using a plunger pump, passing it through a filter to the proportional manifold valve, and then to the drive unit through individual functional blocks. These functional blocks are controlled by the operating device and an air-driven remote control unit. Additionally, compressed air from the car's chassis is supplied to the cylinders through a quick exhaust valve.
