Dining Waste Collection Vehicles, also known as food residue collection trucks, leftover food collection trucks, or slop trucks, are a type of garbage truck. 1. The housing and rear door feature an arched design, giving the vehicle an aesthetically pleasing and sophisticated look. The main components, including the housing, rear door, water tank, and spiral machine, are made of 304 stainless steel, ensuring high standards and quality of the product.

2. The waste bin allows for the preliminary separation of solid and liquid kitchen waste inside the bin, and features a large-capacity wastewater tank to enhance product loading capacity; 3. The waste bin and rear door are sealed with a special reinforced silicone strip for excellent sealing, effectively preventing secondary pollution.

4. The electrical control system operates in three modes and is interlocked through operational action logic to ensure precision and prevent misoperation. Engine power output is achieved through fully automatic control, reducing power loss and enhancing product economy.

5. Utilizing variable-speed electro-hydraulic proportional valves, the operation process can be automatically accelerated, while the top cover is controlled separately, significantly enhancing the product's operational efficiency.

6. High-pressure, low-flow cleaning system driven by a matched hydraulic motor, capable of cleaning the entire vehicle and its working equipment.

7. Electrical and hydraulic critical components use imported parts to ensure product reliability. Equipped with work lights for all-weather operation safety.

8. Optional "Spiral" and "Push" material discharge methods are available, and "Weighing" and "Heating" systems can be added according to customer requirements.

Upperwear Configuration:

Utilizing Q345 manganese steel or 304 stainless steel tanks, the upper part of the tank features a feed box cover for aesthetic appeal and to prevent debris spillage. The side is equipped with a lifting mechanism to reduce the workload for operators. Equipped with Changyuan oil pumps, Zhongmei multi-way valves, Haipu riser cylinders, push shovel unloading (without lifting function), featuring dry and wet separation, rear cover hydraulic control, with wear and corrosion-resistant silicone sealing strips, rear door hydraulic locking, telescopic lifting mechanism, mounted with a 240L standard plastic waste bin, feed opening hydraulic switch, centralized electrical control in the cabin (manual control outside the lifting mechanism), and the operation of the rear door locking and rear cover switch includes anti-misoperation functions, among other standard configurations. Optional extras include tank with cleaning equipment, sealed discharge addition, PLC electrical control device with one-touch operation, waste weight function, and heating function, etc.

Operation Process:

The bucketed food waste (sludge) is slowly transported up by the conveyor belt onto the vehicle, poured into the compartment (which consists of a body and a tank), where it is compressed by a powerful pusher plate. This achieves solid-liquid separation within the tank, with the separated liquid flowing into the wastewater tank at the bottom, while the solid waste is compacted and stored in the tank, reducing its volume. This process repeats until the compartment is full, at which point it is transported to a food waste resource optimization processing facility.

In non-operation, the engine runs at idle speed; during operation, the engine automatically accelerates to meet the power requirements. This avoids power loss and system heat generation, reduces fuel consumption, and improves fuel economy.

5. High Mobility: The operational tank and platform are supported by the chassis, allowing for immediate response to any location requiring grease processing. Just one driver and one worker are needed, ensuring excellent mobility for operations.
