Product Overview:

Fully-sealed waste transfer vehicles. The compaction-type waste truck is composed of a chassis, waste bin, tipping unloading mechanism, rear door opening and closing mechanism, hydraulic system, and electrical control system. It features an aesthetically pleasing design, comfortable driving, easy operation, high mobility, and reliability. It can be used to form a complete set of medium or large-scale waste transfer station equipment at either vertical compaction stations or horizontal split compaction stations.

Product Features:

The vehicle is fully sealed, self-compressing, self-emptying, and all wastewater during the compression process is directed into the waste tank, effectively addressing the issue of secondary pollution during waste transportation, thus avoiding inconvenience to people. The key components use imported parts, featuring high pressure, excellent sealing, ease of operation, and safety.

● Operation Process:

The operation principle involves hydraulically opening the rear door of the container to dump waste inside. During unloading, the rear cover of the container also hydraulically flips up and opens automatically. The lifting cylinder raises the middle/top section to discharge the waste, completing the unloading process.

Luban's after-sales service technicians will accompany the vehicle to the purchasing unit, providing customers with one year of free maintenance services.

2. Provide customers with after-sales service (including customized modifications), during the "warranty period," the company will offer service for quality issues caused by manufacturing, assembly, materials, etc. Outside the "warranty period," customers still benefit from professional follow-up on product usage and receive repair services and parts supply. Promptly assist with the shipping of consumables and accessories.

3. Train employees of user units in the correct operation, maintenance, and daily care of sanitation equipment, and collaborate with user units to cultivate technical talent, jointly enhancing product warranty levels. Ensure operators are proficient in the basic structure, principles, operation, and fault analysis and troubleshooting methods of vehicles and equipment.

4. All non-human caused mechanical failures and damage to parts during the warranty period will be covered for free replacement.

5. Swift technical support and timely service assurance are provided. For quality issues reported by users within the warranty period, Lu Ban guarantees a clear response to the user on the same day upon receiving the notification. If on-site service is deemed necessary, after-sales staff will arrive at the service location within 24-48 hours based on the region, area, and distance, or entrust a designated person to provide on-site after-sales service.

Special circumstances will be negotiated with users to schedule processing as soon as possible, ensuring a satisfactory service experience.
