Product Features:


1. The housing is made from a single-piece steel plate construction, ensuring a robust and durable structure for easy handling. The exterior of the case is finished with baked enamel electrostatic spraying technology, featuring a smooth and flat surface that is both aesthetically pleasing and wear-resistant.


2. One-piece 304 stainless steel worktop, easy to clean, featuring a seamless design to effectively prevent spills.


3. The workbench is equipped with 5mm tempered glass according to national standards, finely ground edges, 3C certification, ensuring safety and reliability with strong light transmission.


4. Sliding doors feature an independent suspension and counterweight system, offering lightness, convenience, and flexibility. They can be positioned anywhere, are durable, and have a precise closure surface, effectively preventing external gases from entering.


5. Pressure relief air ducts are installed on both sides of the studio, ensuring uniform downward flow of laminar gas during work or when the door is closed, maintaining a sterile and dust-free environment in the work area at all times.


6. Utilizes advanced germicidal UV lamps for rapid and effective sterilization.


7. Touch-sensitive three-speed button to adjust the wind speed, ensuring the workspace always maintains an ideal wind condition.


8. The fan employs a direct-drive centrifugal fan, featuring long service life, low noise, maintenance-free operation, minimal vibration, and three-speed adjustable capabilities. The working life exceeds 30,000 hours. The fan's speed regulation is stable, ensuring consistent airflow even at the final resistance of the filter.


9. Filtration Efficiency: All filters utilize non-perforated aluminum frame filters, achieving a filtration efficiency of 99.99% for particles with a diameter of 0.3μm.


10. Each piece of equipment is rigorously inspected individually to ISO 5 standards (ISO 5 level) prior to shipment, ensuring high reliability.


11. Optional Items: Smart LCD Controller, UV Lighting Interlock. Features preset UV startup sterilization and shutdown times, operates automatically daily without further action. Set filter usage duration and total runtime for the UV sterilization lamp. Automatically prompts for timely part replacement upon reaching usage duration.


12. Optional remote control operation allows for long-distance control of UV lamps, lighting, fans, and more.
