Currently, the main types of bending machines on the market include automatic CNC hydraulic bending machines, semi-automatic CNC hydraulic bending machines, and manual CNC hydraulic bending machines. CNC hydraulic bending machines and automatic CNC hydraulic bending machines are suitable for large-scale production projects, while semi-automatic CNC hydraulic bending machines are ideal for projects with a high total output. The advantages of manual CNC hydraulic bending machines are their portability and ease of operation on-site. Faults are inevitable in the long-term use of CNC hydraulic bending machine equipment.
We will be conducting maintenance and troubleshooting for the following two issues:
One: The fault with the ejection rod is that it lacks power, preventing the bending of pipes.
First, inspect the ball in the CNC hydraulic bending machine switch for any detachment. Next, tighten the CNC hydraulic bending machine switch clockwise. If the issue persists, check if the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is full and refill it. Alternatively, loosen the bolt on the oil filling opening. Replace the YX-shaped polyurethane seal in the plunger pump of the CNC hydraulic bending machine to expel air from the oil tank and resolve the fault.
Section II: Numerical Control Hydraulic Bending Machine Oil Leak
If the issue is with a large pump, the primary cause of oil leakage from the piston rod is usually a damaged seal; therefore, if such a fault occurs, first check for any damage to the seal of the CNC hydraulic bending machine. If damaged, replace the seal set. If there's oil leakage from the switch, the main reason is that the pressure inside the switch is too loose; after removing the limit screw and the switch, tighten the pressure ring. If the CNC hydraulic bending equipment rod leaks oil, the main cause is a damaged seal at the top of the piston rod of the CNC hydraulic bending equipment; a new seal needs to be replaced.
