Supports compatibility with various microscopes (Leica, Olympus, Nikon, Zeiss, etc.), spectrometers (infrared, Raman, fluorescence spectrometers, etc.), and other optical instruments. Temperature control is available within the range of -50 to 70°C, enabling in-situ temperature variation optical observation and related tests in open, sealed, or vacuum environments.
