Product Description

The SEM Liquid Nitrogen In-Situ Hot-Cold Stage is a temperature control accessory specifically designed for Scanning Electron Microscopes (SEM). It allows for precise temperature control of the sample stage in both high and low vacuum environments, enabling real-time observation of the microstructure of materials as they change with temperature. Temperature control is achieved through liquid nitrogen cooling and electrical heating, with a controllable temperature range of -190℃ to 200℃. It is connected and system-controlled within the electron microscope through a custom flange structure. The compact design can be customized with a base and fixed to the microscope's sample stage.
