1. Process: After the bai material enters the cleaning bin, it is tumbled in the du sand washing wheel, coming into full contact with water for cleaning. Meanwhile, the spray pipes at the wheel's upward passage spray water to remove impurities and light-weight foreign particles promptly. The cleaned material is then transported to the back-end dewatering screen with the wheel's tumbling, where excess moisture is removed before being sent out through the discharge port to the conveyor belt.
2. Working Principle: The sand washing machine forms a sedimentation pool at the bottom of an inclined trough. The spiral head is immersed in the sedimentation pool, where the spiral is driven by an electric motor via a reducer to reduce speed and rotate. The cleaning process is achieved by feeding clean water from the bottom of the sedimentation pool, thereby completing the functions of cleaning, dewatering, and grading.
