Application Instructions for Mining Plastic Steel Pipe Hangers

The traditional methods for fixing underground pipeline have typically been iron frames焊接 with angle iron or steel hooks焊接 with steel rods, which are rough in appearance, complicated to install, prone to rust, difficult to replace, and costly to use. Our company has developed plastic steel pipeline hangers that combine plastic with double steel skeletons. These hangers offer advantages such as attractive appearance, high load-bearing capacity, resistance to rust and aging, non-corrosive, acid and alkali resistance, long service life, reusability, easy replacement, reduced labor intensity, low cost, and are suitable for standardized construction in underground environments. They can replace the traditional angle iron and steel rod hangers.

Installation method: Select appropriate plastic steel pipe hangers based on the outer diameter size of the pipeline. The suspension spacing is 1.5-2 meters per meter. After threading the plastic steel pipe hangers together with bolts, install them using wire rope shackles or pipe fixing clamps on the side wall of the tunnel and they are ready for use.
