The cable clamp for coal mining machines is one of our main products for large cables. We have extensive knowledge about cable clamps for coal mining machines. Below, Wanda Machinery introduces the detailed information about these cable clamps.
The Coal Mining Machine Cable Clamp is made by injection molding with nylon 66 reinforced with flame-retardant and antistatic agents (nylon 66 + flame retardant + antistatic agent) and a steel frame, designed to connect through pins or bolts to form a protective channel for cables or water pipes according to the working surface requirements of the coal mining machine.
The cable clamp for mining machines is lightweight, compact in structure, easy to install, and simple to maintain and repair, with a long service life and high tensile and impact resistance. Its advantages include an inner steel frame that supports traction forces, protecting cables or water pipes from external forces. The addition of flame-retardant and antistatic additives in nylon 66 provides flame-retardant and antistatic properties. Adjacent cable clamps are easy to connect and can be extended arbitrarily according to the mining machine's working surface needs. During the traction process, they ensure reliable operation of cables or water pipes, preventing breakage or damage, thereby enhancing production efficiency and reducing maintenance costs.
Usage:
This product is widely applicable in the composition of drag rope devices for dragging and protecting power cables and water pipelines for drum-type coal mining machines.
The cable clamps are available in four models: LJU, LJC, LJO, and LJH, with a total of 18 specifications.
1. Appearance
The cable clip surfaces should be smooth and flat; surfaces covered with non-metallic materials must not expose the steel plate. After the cable clips are串联, they should rotate freely and bend easily, with the bending angle complying with the technical drawing specifications.
2. Basic Dimensions
The geometric dimensions of the cable clamps should comply with Table 1 and the machining drawings. The hole diameter tolerance is H13 (GB/T 1800.4-1999), the maximum deviation of hole spacing is GB/T 1804-Grade f (GB/T 1804-1992), the size tolerance for H and A is MT4 grade (GB/T 14486-2008), and the other dimensions are manufactured with the unmarked size tolerance MT5 grade (GB/T 14486-2008) (see Figures 1 to 4).
3. Tensile Strength
During testing of cable clamps according to clause 7.4 of MT/T117-2007, the tensile strength should reach the working load specified in Table 2, maintaining for 2 minutes. The unloading inspection should show no residual deformation, cracking, or detachment.
4. High Tensile Break Force
When tested according to clause 7.5 of MT/T117-2007, the tensile breaking strength of the cable clamp should not be less than that specified in Table 2.
5. Shock Resistance
During testing in accordance with clause 7.6 of MT/T117-2007, cable clamps should withstand the impact energy as specified in Table 2 without fracturing after the impact.
6. Large Radius Bend
The large bend angle between adjacent cable clamps and their allowable deviation should comply with the specifications in Table 3, or as agreed upon by both parties.
