The product is made using professional aluminum ingot ADC12, cast through a high-tonnage die-casting machine over 800 T, and then undergoes over 20 precise processing procedures. It is produced according to the production process of automotive engine casings, following European standard 442. The casting is followed by specialized machining and welding, leak testing, assembly, and double spray painting at a high temperature of 730 degrees. The product has passed inspections by China's authoritative institutions, the quality management system has been certified by ISO9000, and it also meets the standards of the European Community, including France, Germany, and the UK.
