The steel-plate heat exchanger is a replacement for cast iron radiators. This product is made from thin plates using a special welding technique and features a high-grade electrostatic powder coating on the exterior surface. Its advantages include innovative and reasonable design, complementary heat dissipation methods, and full utilization of performance. It boasts fashionable appearance, high-pressure resistance, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance. It is widely used in heating systems for hot water or steam in various buildings.
• Radiator Storage and Installation Instructions:
Heaters should be handled with care during transportation to prevent damage, especially to protect the painted surface from scratches. They should be stored in a well-ventilated and dry storage room, sorted by model and size, with a height not exceeding 1.5 meters and the bottom elevated by 20 cm for storage.
The installation methods for steel panel radiators are categorized into two types: hanging and floor-mounted.
Prior to installing the radiator, remove the protective materials at the inlets and outlets, position the brackets according to the fixed holes, then hang the radiator, adjust, and secure it.
The radiator threads are strictly manufactured in accordance with the J/T6-1999 standard of the Ministry of Construction, generally using either conical pipe threads or cylindrical pipe threads.
5. System Testing and Operation: Please note that the hot water should not exceed the rated working pressure. Steam should not exceed 0.3MPA (gauge pressure), and an automatic pressure reducing valve should be set.
