The steel column series radiators utilize national standard low-carbon cold-rolled steel plates, offering excellent heat dissipation, corrosion resistance, and high compressive strength. Both the inner and outer surfaces of the pipes are treated for corrosion resistance, with electrostatic spraying applied to the surface. High-quality fully automatic flash welding equipment has been introduced, with the sheet welding standards meeting national requirements. The head welding is performed using CNC welding equipment, achieving single-sided welding with double-sided forming. The welds are oxidation-resistant, with high welding strength and free of burrs and lumps, ensuring the same strength as the raw materials.
Due to its excellent anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation properties, it is suitable as a heat medium for water of general quality.
