Our company primarily produces copper sheets, copper strips, and copper. Copper is a pure metal, known for its toughness, softness, and malleability, presenting a purple-red, lustrous appearance. Due to its rose-red hue and the purple oxide film that forms on its surface, it is commonly referred to as "purple copper" or "oxygen copper" because it contains a certain amount of oxygen. Pure copper, with a melting point of 1083°C, does not undergo isomorphism transformation, has a relative density of 8.9, which is five times that of magnesium. Its weight per unit volume is about 15% heavier than that of ordinary steel. Copper is excellent for welding and can be cold or hot formed into various semi-finished and finished products, named for its purple-red color. It may not be pure copper; sometimes, it includes a small amount of deoxidizing elements or other elements to enhance material properties, thus classified as a copper alloy. Copper products in China can be categorized by composition into: ordinary copper (T1, T2, T3, T4), oxygen-free copper (TU1, TU2, high-purity, and vacuum oxygen-free copper), deoxidized copper (TUP, TUMn), and special copper with added alloying elements (arsenic copper, tellurium copper, silver copper). Copper has excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, second only to silver, and is widely used in the production of conductive and heat-conductive materials. It also exhibits good corrosion resistance in atmospheric, seawater, certain non-oxidizing acids (such as dilute sulfuric acid), alkalis, salt solutions, and various organic acids (such as citric acid).

Heat Treatment Specifications:

Heat treatment temperature: 900-1050℃; Annealing temperature: 500-700℃.

The recrystallization start temperature for cold-worked hardened copper is 200 to 300°C.
