T2, T3, TU1, TP2 Copper Tubes H (62-70) Brass Tubes

Manufactured in accordance with the GB/T 1527-2006 standard "Drawn Copper and Copper Alloys Tubes," we offer a variety of copper tube materials in shapes such as round, rectangular (square), and more, with external diameters ranging from 2 to 150mm and wall thicknesses from 0.3 to 10mm.

Product dimensions and precision are in accordance with or exceed the requirements of GB/T 16866-2006 "Outside Dimensions and Allowable Deviations of Seamless Copper and Copper Alloys Tubes."

The chemical compositions of various batches are as follows:

Product Introduction:

Straight Pipe (Round Pipe)

Material: TP2T2, T3, TU1, H62, H63, H65, H68, H70

Spec: Outer diameter 2-150mm, wall thickness 0.3-10mm

Features: High cleanliness on both inner and outer surfaces, ultra-shiny finish, uniform and dense structure, high dimensional accuracy, and good molding properties.

Category: The company currently produces copper materials in two main categories: Category One: Copper tubes (TP2 T2 TU1); Category Two: Brass tubes (H62 H63 H65 H68 H70).

Copper Tube: With copper content reaching above 99.90%, it possesses the excellent properties of copper metal, which is a basic type of metal. It is widely used in various industrial and civil applications, playing a crucial role.

TP2 is phosphorus-deoxidized copper, containing 0.015-0.04% phosphorus content. It exhibits excellent welding and cold bending properties, and is widely used in the manufacturing of air conditioning refrigerant pipes, appliance gas line pipes, waterway pipes, electric heating pipes, and more.

T2 is pure copper with a copper content exceeding 99.90%. It is the ideal choice for copper tubes when users have high requirements for electrical conductivity in the material.

Tu1 is oxygen-free copper with a copper content of ≥99.97%, featuring low oxygen and impurity levels, high purity, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, good ductility, and superior processing and welding properties, as well as corrosion and cold resistance. Due to its stringent production requirements and high costs, the price of its products is significantly higher than that of other categories of copper tubes.

Copper-Zinc Alloy Tubing: The number following the 'h' letter in the grade often represents the midpoint of its copper content, with the remaining being zinc. Copper brass tubes of different grades generally exhibit better quality and elongation properties as the copper content increases, offering higher strength compared to copper tubes. Due to their better cost-effectiveness, they are often used as substitutes for copper tubes and are widely applied.
