Waste Kitchen Collection TruckFill barrelsThe "sludge" is slowly transported up the conveyor belt and poured into the container (which can be divided into the body and the tank). The deposited waste is then compressed by a powerful pusher, followed by solid-liquid separation. The separated liquid flows into the wastewater tank at the bottom of the tank, while the solid waste is compacted and stored within the tank, reducing its volume. This process repeats until the container is full, at which point it is transported to a food waste resource optimization processing facility. The entire process is automated. The classification and collection of food waste, as well as its centralized treatment, require not only equipment for subsequent harmless and resourceful processing but also vehicles for collection and transportation. Due to the high moisture content and complex composition of food waste, the vehicles must have good sealing properties, simple and safe operation, high loading and unloading efficiency, and convenience, as well as compatibility with the subsequent resourceful equipment.
