March 23, 2024 - Twelve hook arm waste bins have been shipped to Inner Mongolia. Over the past two years, our company has entered into cooperative agreements with several regions in Inner Mongolia to supply a variety of sanitation equipment. The customer's order consists of a green die-cast curved arm trash bin with a volume of 3 cubic meters. This color and volume are commonly used and highly practical. The 3 cubic meter capacity meets the needs of residential waste disposal. The feed doors are located on both sides of the top of the bin, serving as the waste disposal channel. The doors on the sides, secured by latches, are for waste dumping and are compatible with small hook lift trucks, ensuring no waste residue inside after unloading. The bin is made of carbon steel, known for its high hardness and wear resistance, thereby extending its service life. The manufacturing process involves cutting, forming, bending, and welding. The bin's surface treatment includes sandblasting to remove oil and rust, followed by corrosion and termite-resistant treatments on the steel plates and wooden slats, and a multi-layer coating of UV-resistant acrylic paint. The sealing is achieved with rubber strips, preventing secondary environmental pollution during transportation. It is currently a popular waste collection and transfer tool on the domestic market.
