The iron waste bin is made entirely of hot-dipped galvanized iron sheets, with the four corners of the bin body undergoing vertical stretching for enhanced overall strength. The bin features a single weld, ensuring a smooth and aesthetically pleasing surface that doesn't trap garbage. The top is equipped with 15 reinforced ribs, 3mm thick, which are welded to the bin body, further increasing the bin's overall strength. The sides of the bin are reinforced with diamond-shaped ribs, improving mechanical properties. The edge for the trailer is reinforced with a U-shaped channel made of 1.5mm hot-dipped zinc steel plate, ensuring it remains shapeless during use, with the channel width at 32mm and depth at 37mm. It uses a solid axle, which is internally mounted and hot-dipped galvanized. Equipped with rubber wheels, it can withstand significant impact forces, offering smooth rotation and durability.
