August 19, 2023, five trapezoidal arm trash bins were shipped to Lianyungang, Jiangsu. These bins are custom-made for a client, and the trapezoidal bins, also known as waste collection bins, are a new type of transport bin for waste collection vehicles, designed to be paired with small arm trucks. The detachable bins can be easily separated from the vehicle body. Once filled with waste, they are transported by small arm trucks to transfer stations or waste disposal sites for unloading. The feed doors, located on both sides of the bin, are used for the entry of household waste; the rear door is for waste dumping. These bins are used for fixed-point waste collection in outdoor areas.
The cabinet is made of carbon steel, with thickness options available for customization according to customer requirements, such as 1.5mm, 2mm, and 3mm. It utilizes laser, tower punch, flame, plasma, coil forming, and CNC bending techniques. The entire cabinet is degreased and cleaned, and surface rust is removed through shot blasting to enhance the paint's adhesion. It boasts a bright and attractive appearance, featuring moisture, corrosion, termite, and rust resistance, high-temperature tolerance, and ease of cleaning.
