The 240L iron dustbin is made entirely of 1.2mm hot-dip galvanized iron sheet; the bin dimensions are: top diameter 720mm, width 580mm, height 1050mm; the four corners of the iron dustbin body are treated with overall vertical stretching to enhance overall strength; the body has only one weld, is smooth and aesthetically pleasing, and does not catch garbage. The top cover is made from 1.0mm hot-dip galvanized iron sheet, formed in one piece and finished with a rolled edge, featuring a handle. The top opening of the body is formed in one piece from 1.2mm hot-dip galvanized steel plate, with no welding or seams, high strength, and the hanging edge is reinforced with a U-shaped channel made from 1.5mm hot-dip galvanized steel plate, ensuring it does not deform during use, with the hanging channel width at 32mm and depth at 37mm. The top opening is equipped with 15 reinforcing ribs, 3mm thick, welded to the body to increase overall strength. The sides of the body are pressed with diamond-shaped reinforcing ribs to enhance mechanical properties. The dustbin uses a solid shaft, internally mounted and hot-dip galvanized. Both the inside and outside of the dustbin are pickled and phosphatized, then coated with two layers of epoxy zinc-rich paint, with an additional layer of plastic powder on the exterior. The dustbin features rubber wheels, capable of withstanding significant impact forces, turning smoothly, and being durable.
