Today, we're discussing how to maintain ride-on scrubbers.

1. Empty and clean the sewage tank. During the process, the machine吸取the muddy water mixture, which tends to accumulate in the tank and emit unpleasant odors. Therefore, it is essential to clean the tank with running water.
2. Empty the clean water tank, especially not when cleaning operations are not performed daily, as standing water can become a source of bacteria and more. Clean the water absorption filter net, as it may produce some sediment that can weaken the drying effect; therefore, please clean it with running water.
Check if the wiper is clean; if necessary, wash the seal strip and the intake with running water.
4. Inspect the brush and scraper wear weekly. If the floor is abrasive, the strong pressure applied to the surface can damage these attachments or accelerate their wear. Typically, the brush should be replaced after 50 hours of use, whereas the water-absorbing strip should be replaced or flipped up and down (if all four edges of the strip are still usable) after 30 hours of use.
Regularly inspect the absorbent filter net; occasionally, the filter may become clogged with small water impurities, thereby affecting water flow during the cleaning process.
6. Clean the suction pipe connected to the water scoop; even minor blockages can diminish the suction efficiency.

Here are the methods for maintaining a ride-on sweeper; we hope they are helpful to you.
