Over the past few years, the company has developed over 40 proprietary patents for hydrogen peroxide technology, establishing its unique process technologies in three areas: hydrogen peroxide dilute products, high-concentration hydrogen peroxide, and high-purity electronic-grade hydrogen peroxide. These technologies have been transferred to more than 70 facilities (with a production capacity of 16.05 million tons) both domestically and internationally, with over 50 facilities (with a production capacity of over 8 million tons) converted into production units; among them, the "New Technology for Green and Efficient Production of Multisystem Acidic Hydrogen Peroxide" won the Second Prize of the 2019 China Petrochemical Association Science and Technology Progress Award. The hydrogen peroxide dilute products' full-acidic process technology has been signed for transfer to 52 sets (with a production capacity of 12.71 million tons) and 25 sets have been put into production (with a production capacity of 6.36 million tons), including 5 sets transferred for fluidized bed (with a production capacity of 1.33 million tons) and 2 sets of fluidized bed already in production (with a production capacity of 350,000 tons); more than 10 sets of fluidized bed process technology are currently under agreement for transfer.

Since 2020, our company's market share accounts for 62% of the newly added domestic production capacity for the same period.

Our company designed three 450,000-ton facilities, which successfully started up and achieved production and quality standards at Jiangsu Jiahong New Materials Co., Ltd. in December 2022. These facilities are currently the world's largest fixed-bed peroxide production units, with a single unit ranking second in production scale domestically.

The company offers a full-acid fixed-bed technology capable of producing 100,000 to 450,000 tons annually, a fluidized-bed technology for 100,000 to 800,000 tons annually, and a 27.5% to 35% hydrogen peroxide technical grade. The concentrated grade process can provide 50% to 70% high-concentration hydrogen peroxide technology, as well as technical consultation, transfer, design, and startup services for hydrogen peroxide. The company holds 6 patented hydrogen peroxide technologies. Depending on the scale of hydrogen peroxide plant construction and customer requirements, the technical grade process can provide three types of hydrogen peroxide production technologies: fluidized-bed hydrogenation process, full-acid fixed-liquid hydrogenation process, and improved fixed-bed hydrogenation process. Additionally, we offer concentrated grade process and electronic-grade process.
