Working Principle and Features of the Mold Temperature Controller
The upper part of the equipment is equipped with a heat recovery unit, which heats the burner's intake air using waste heat from the exhaust gases.
★ Emission temperature does not exceed 110°C.
★ Ensure the burner intake temperature is not below 140 ℃.
The equipment is equipped with a recirculation system and an exhaust system, featuring a complete and independent operational system, which is easy to install, dismantle, and use.
Deliver combustible gases to our mold temperature machine through a pressure-reducing valve. The gases burn within the equipment, heating the conductive oil inside the oil pipes, which then supplies the heated equipment.
