Dust collection for lightweight, fine, and sticky particulate matter.
2. Utilizing submerged pulse valves, the flow channel resistance is minimized, allowing the air source pressure to be reduced from the conventional 0.5 MPa to 0.2-0.3 MPa.
3. The company utilizes efficient and easy-to-clean PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)吹扫清灰, along with microporous film bags, which allows for a single blow cleaning after each loading, effectively achieving the cleaning goal. As a result, energy consumption for cleaning is significantly reduced, with air pressure consumption approximately one-tenth of the conventional type; at the same time, the fatigue wear of the filter bags and pulse valve diaphragms is also correspondingly reduced, thereby extending the lifespan of both the bags and valves exponentially.
The filter bag mouth features a spring tension ring, providing excellent airtightness and being sturdy and reliable.
5. The upper bag removal method is adopted, where after removing the frame during bag change, the soiled bag is dropped into the lower ash bin of the box, and then retrieved through the manhole, improving the conditions for bag change operations.
6. The import and export assembly pipeline is compactly arranged with minimal air resistance.
The fine dust collected by the dust collector is extracted through the lower auger and can be bagged for disposal.
