Polyester fabric steaming machines are widely used in various textile and clothing materials due to their high strength, good resilience, excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability, and good wrinkle resistance. The dyeing of polyester spool yarn is carried out using the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing method on high-temperature and high-pressure spool yarn dyeing machines. Since the structure of polyester fibers is compact, disperse dyes almost do not take up color at low temperatures. It is only when the temperature is raised above 90℃ that the dye uptake gradually increases. At temperatures above 110℃, the movement of amorphous polymer chain segments in the polyester fibers intensifies, increasing microspaces and reducing the resistance of dye molecules diffusing into the fiber interior, thus enhancing the rate of dye molecule diffusion. The dye uptake rate of disperse dyes rapidly increases, achieving satisfactory dyeing effects at 130℃. The dye utilization rate reaches above 90%, resulting in rich colors and excellent fastness in various dyeing processes.

Dye Formula (per fabric weight):
Disperse Dyes (o.w.f.)
Glacial Acetic Acid 1.2 g/L
Dyeing Agent 1.2 g/L
Restore Cleaning Formula
Glacial Acetic Acid 1.5g/L
Recovering Cleaner 1.5g/L
Antistatic Agent Formula 1.0g/L is widely used in various textiles and fabric materials due to its high strength, good resilience, excellent wear resistance, good dimensional stability, and wrinkle resistance. Polyester spool yarn dyeing is performed using the high-temperature and high-pressure dyeing method on a high-temperature and high-pressure spool yarn dyeing machine. Since the polyester fiber structure is tight, disperse dyes almost do not dye at low temperatures. It is only when the temperature is raised above 90℃ that the dyeing rate gradually increases. At temperatures above 110℃, the movement of amorphous regions of the high polymer chains in the polyester fibers intensifies, increasing micropores and reducing the resistance of dye molecules diffusing into the fiber interior. This improves the diffusion speed of dye molecules, leading to a rapid increase in the dyeing rate of disperse dyes. A satisfactory dyeing effect is achieved at 130℃, with a dye utilization rate of over 90%, resulting in a rich color and excellent fastness properties.
