C17200 Beryllium Copper Properties Provided by Changzhou Guangfang Metal 81185656
Beryllium copper alloys combine excellent mechanical, physical, and chemical properties. After heat treatment (solution treatment and aging), they exhibit high strength, elastic, yield, and fatigue limits comparable to those of special steels. Additionally, they possess high conductivity, thermal conductivity, high hardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, good casting properties, non-magnetic characteristics, and non-sparking impact properties. These alloys are widely used in industries such as mold making, machinery, and electronics.
No blowholes, pores, even hardness, dense structure, high strength, good thermal conductivity, excellent electrical conductivity, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, good workability, stable performance under high pressure conditions, non-magnetic, good polishing properties, and good anti-adhesion properties.
Usage
Injection molds and high-pressure blow molding dies, mold inserts, rapid cooling, aluminum alloy mold inserts, enhanced strength, wear resistance, and shortened molding cycles, hot runner nozzles, electrode and punch materials, non-magnetic molds, non-magnetic tools, high thermal conductivity bearings, capable of producing surfaces with very high surface precision.
