Vacuum homogenization emulsification refers to the process of rapidly and uniformly distributing one or more phases into another continuous phase under vacuum conditions, achieved through a combination of a stirrer and a high-speed rotor/stator assembly. Homogenization emulsification is a common operational process in industries such as daily chemicals and food, used to transform two immiscible liquids (one of which is almost always water, and the other phase is an oil that is not soluble in water) into a uniformly distributed liquid-liquid dispersion system (emulsion). The long-term stability of the dispersion is affected by the precise particle size distribution and the use of emulsifiers and stabilizers; the smaller the droplets, the better the stability of the dispersion. The rotor-stator system provided by KPH ensures excellent dispersion and emulsification effects.
The KVHE Vacuum Homogenization Emulsifying Machine System is a customized non-standard equipment, configured reasonably based on the actual customer requirements and suitable for products requiring homogenization emulsification under vacuum conditions. It consists of a low-speed agitator and a high-speed rotor/stator, vacuum system, lifting and tilting system, heating/cooling and temperature control system, electrical control system, and operational platform.
