Step 1: Roof Cleaning Process.

Including roof screw installation and reinforcement of loose panels, use our independently developed color steel roofing renovation and anti-corrosion grinding machine for two rounds of polishing, followed by a high-pressure water jet cleaning, and check for roof leak points. Perform leak treatment first.

Step Two: Apply rust-inhibiting primer and corrosion-resistant topcoat.

The entire roof is coated with one layer of CW series color steel tile renovation paint to enhance its corrosion resistance. We employ polishing and spray painting techniques, first thoroughly cleaning the base material to remove surface rust and powder layers by sanding, allowing the primer to adhere well to the base material for rust and corrosion resistance. After sanding, we perform high-pressure cleaning on the entire color steel tile roof renovation, using high-pressure water jets from top to bottom to rinse off rust particles and stains on the surface. We then apply one coat of water-based color steel tile special primer, followed by two coats of acid and alkali-resistant, weather-resistant special topcoats after drying.
