II. Substrate Preparation: 1) Cement Concrete Surface a. The substrate must have sufficient strength, free of looseness, peeling, scaling, and powdering, and be clean without residues or floating dust. b. The substrate must be fully dried, with moisture content <10%. c. The pH value of the substrate must be <10. d. Maintain the substrate's levelness.

2) Structural steel surface

1. Steel structure or metal surface treatment method: First, sandpaper is used for polishing, followed by the application of epoxy resin or gray epoxy zinc phosphate primer. 2. Each stage of base surface treatment must be sanded with sandpaper to maintain the flatness of the base.
