II. Substrate Preparation: 1) Cement Concrete Surface: a) The substrate must have sufficient strength, free from looseness, peeling, scaling, or powdering, and should be clean without any residue or floating dust; b) The substrate must be fully dried, with moisture content <10%; c) The pH value of the substrate must be <10; d) Maintain the flatness of the substrate.
