II. Substrate Preparation: 1) Concrete Surface: a. The base must have sufficient strength, free from loose, peeling, scaling, or powdering, and must be clean with no residue or floating dust. b. The base must be fully dried, with moisture content <10%. c. The base's pH value must be <10. 2) Maintain the flatness of the base.

2) Structural steel surface

1. Steel structure or metal surface treatment methods: First, sandpaper is used to sand, followed by the application of epoxy resin or gray epoxy zinc chromate primer. 2. Each process of base surface treatment must be sanded with sandpaper to maintain a flat surface.
