II. Substrate Preparation: 1) Concrete Surface: a. The base must have sufficient strength, free from loosening, peeling, scaling, or powdering, and should be clean with no residue or floating dust. b. The base must be fully dried, with moisture content <10%. c. The base's pH value must be <10. d. Maintain the flatness of the base.

2) Steel structure surface

1. Steel structure or metal surface treatment method: First, sandpaper should be used for sanding, followed by applying an epoxy resin or gray epoxy zinc phosphate primer. 2. Each stage of base surface treatment must be sanded with sandpaper to maintain a flat surface.
