1. Maintenance and Upkeep

To ensure the long-term safety operation of the separator, it is crucial to pay attention to regular maintenance and care for the separator. The factory should establish safety operation procedures and maintenance and inspection regulations tailored to our specific circumstances.

(1) Bearings should be timely lubricated with grease to ensure adequate lubrication at all points. All lubricating agents must be thoroughly cleaned. If a squeaking sound is heard in the bearing, it is due to dirt and improper lubrication. Immediate inspection and removal of residue are required.

(2) The temperature of all bearings must not exceed 60°C.

(3) Always monitor the sifter's stability; if abnormal vibrations occur, shut down immediately for inspection and clearing.

(4) Ducts should be regularly descaled, and precautions should be taken to prevent rainfall from entering the pipes to avoid the aggregation of dust and smoke particles.
