(7) Abnormal heating and noise issues with roller bearings

(8) Pulverizer blade broken or ejected, causing body to shake

Cause of Incident: Poor leaf quality and inconsistent net weight. The foot bolts securing the leaves became loose, resulting in misalignment during installation, causing the leaves to tilt upwards or downwards.

Exclusion Method: Replace the blades, weigh and install evenly. Inspect the base bolts, add sealing washers, and tighten the base bolts. Adjust the installation position.


(9) The electrical flow of the separator suddenly increased

Cause of Incident: Bottom or top roller bearing overheated. Expansion ring deformation, causing breakage and jam. Solid debris infiltrated during feeding, blocking the upper entrance of the material disk. The large bolt below the vertical shaft loosened, lowering the material disk hub.

Exclusion Methods: Inspect and replace rolling bearings. Check and replace expanding rings. Clean away debris. Tighten the large bolt.
