Common Problems and Solutions for Sieving Machines
(1) Gearbox overheating or smoking
Cause of Incident: Insufficient lubricating oil in the gearbox, poor lubrication, and substandard oil quality. Overweight application. Common fault within the transmission system body.

(2) The gearbox experienced vibration and noise

(5) Severe gap corrosion and detachment of transmission gears

(6) The transmission gear is severely worn out.

(7) Abnormal heating and noise issues with roller bearings
Cause of the Incident: Poor finishing, severe wear due to insufficient oil. The foot bolts on the flange at the end of the horizontal axis were loose and stripped. Misalignment and increased side clearance. The screw thread on the top adjusting cap was stripped.
Exclusion Method: Immediately apply oil to increase the remaining fuel in a short time. Re-torque the ground bolt. Dismantle and repair. Resolve the bridge shaft, re-thread, and replace the nut.
(8) Pulverizer blade broken or ejected, causing body to shake
Cause of Incident: Poor leaf quality and inconsistent net weight. The foot bolts securing the leaves became loose, resulting in misalignment during installation, causing the leaves to tilt upwards or downwards.
Exclusion Method: Replace the blades, weigh and install evenly. Inspect the base bolts, add sealing washers, and tighten the base bolts. Adjust the installation position.
(9) The electrical flow of the separator suddenly increased
Cause of Incident: Bottom or top roller bearing overheated. Expansion ring deformation, causing breakage and jam. Solid debris infiltrated during feeding, blocking the upper entrance of the material disk. The large bolt below the vertical shaft loosened, lowering the material disk hub.
Exclusion Methods: Inspect and replace rolling bearings. Check and replace expanding rings. Clean away debris. Tighten the large bolt.

(10) The two shafts of the centrifugal fan and the motor are not concentric.
Cause of Incident: Unbalanced centrifugal impeller. Inadequate location for the intake valve of the centrifugal fan's inlet and outlet. Insufficient basic bending stiffness for rigidity. Foot screws loose. Accumulated dust on the centrifugal impeller.
Exclusion Method: Seek harmony in the unity of two axes. Align the balance. Adjust the intake valve section. Enhance the basic structure, increase bending stiffness. Inspect the tightened foot bolts. After shutdown, open the maintenance door for dust removal.
