Evaporative condensers, which rely heavily on the vaporization of water to achieve cooling throughout their operation, inevitably come into close contact with water, making them prone to dirt and stains. Consequently, our key solution in the maintenance of the entire mechanical equipment hinges on its level of dirt accumulation and environmental pollution.
2. Maintenance.
The evaporative condenser operates due to the expansion and contraction reaction of the air conditioning copper pipes. Consequently, compared to conventional condensing equipment, it boasts the ability to automatically clean away dirt. The key lies in the continuous high-frequency vibration of the refrigerant within the condenser throughout its operation, as this high-frequency vibration makes it difficult for dirt to adhere to the walls, thus reducing the likelihood of dirt accumulation.
3. Corrosion inhibitor solutions for evaporative condensers available.
Drainage pipeline equipment can be selected in small, continuous quantities, typically due to our ability to reasonably control the concentration of sodium ions caused by water in the recirculation system through the gas-water separator. This allows us to greatly prevent dirt buildup.
