Wood-plastic wall panels, as the name implies, are a new type of green and environmentally friendly decorative material made primarily from wood and plant cellulose, mixed with thermoplastic polymer plastics and processing aids, uniformly blended and then extruded into shape through molding equipment. They are widely used in the construction industry due to their diverse designs, rich colors, lightweight nature, and their combination of both wood and plastic properties and characteristics.

Wood-plastic wall panels offer numerous advantages over traditional ones, including their aesthetic appeal, variety of designs, wide range of applications, resistance to deformation, moisture, and insect/termite damage, and certain environmental benefits. They can replace anti-corrosion wood materials and are often used for creating three-dimensional effects on walls and for decorating interior backdrop walls.

Today, I'm here to guide you through the installation process for wood-plastic composite wall panels.

1. The installation of joists is required, along with the use of expansion tubes for fixation, while ensuring overall leveling is also necessary.

2. The wood-plastic joists are installed on the ground, with the expansion tubes spaced 5 to 6 cm apart. It is required that the surface of the wood-plastic joists be higher than the heads of the screws.

Step screws are securely fastened on the wood-plastic stud, aligned with the surface of the wood-plastic wall panel, with an approximate spacing of 5 millimeters.

At the beginning and end of the installation, secure the wood-plastic wall panels and the stud with screws.

5. Apply plastic clips at the junctions of the remaining wood-plastic wall panels and studs, inspecting for secure connections.
