Dual-curved mixer working principle and structure
The upper surface of the bi-convex impeller body is a bi-conic profile rotating around the axis of the impeller body, forming a bi-convex structure. Its unique impeller design maximizes the combination of fluid characteristics with mechanical motion. Utilizing the potential energy obtained from additional water intake due to the self-weight pressure of the liquid and the centripetal force generated by the impeller rotation, the liquid moves tangentially along the circumference of the impeller under the action of gravitational acceleration through the double-surface structure. With the reflection of the pool wall, it forms a recirculating water flow from top to bottom, thus obtaining cross-flow in both the axial (y) and radial (x) directions (as shown in Figures 1 and 2). It is due to the structural characteristics of the vertical turbine mixer impeller and its proximity to the bottom installation that its working position determines its direct anti-settling effect on suspended particles, achieving an ideal mixing effect during operation and effectively eliminating dead mixing spots. A large specific surface area enables a large-scale water exchange.

1、Bearing oil temperature rise, stop the machine immediately to investigate and eliminate the cause.
2、Pay attention to the degree of wear on parts prone to wear, and always be ready to replace worn-out components.
3、The bottom plate of the double曲面 mixer where the activity device is placed should be free of dust and other debris to prevent the moving bearing from failing to move on the base plate when the machine encounters uncrushable material, which could lead to a serious accident.
4. The shaft bears the full load of the machine, so proper lubrication is crucial for the bearing's lifespan, directly affecting the machine's service life and operational efficiency. Therefore, it is essential that the lubricating oil injected be clean and the seal must be well-sealed.
5. Newly installed wheel hubs are prone to loosening and should be checked regularly.
6. Ensure that all parts of the machine are functioning properly and check for any signs of overcurrent in the motor.
7. If there is a knocking sound when the gear is in operation, stop immediately, inspect, and eliminate it.
