Jiangsu Du'an installs equipment strictly according to the drawings' specifications and recommendations, at the designated locations on the drawings. It should also provide the lubricants required for the operation during the manufacturer's recommended warranty period. The matching anchor bolts are supplied and installed by Du'an Environmental Protection and should comply with industry standards.
Concrete Foundation

The concrete strength grade should meet the requirements for the installation and operation of the submersible recirculation pump, unless otherwise specified, the foundation bolts should be properly placed during grouting.
Factory painting
A.Before painting,QJB-WSludgeAll surface areas of the recirculation pump should be thoroughly cleaned and dried, removing oil, rust, dirt, and other surface contaminants.
B.All recirculating pumps, motors, and other driving equipment should be coated with an undercoat and finish paint in accordance with this specification at the factory. The surfaces that will come into direct contact with wastewater during operation should be reliably anti-corrosion treated.
Inspection and Testing
A.Overview
1.Prior to shipment from the factory, the owner has the right to inspect and test all equipment and materials in accordance with this specification.
2.Prior to shipment, a timely written notice should be sent to the owner to allow them to arrange for an inspection.
3Provide the owner with the necessary facilities for inspection and testing, including personnel, and ensure ample time is allocated for the inspection and testing.
4.All materials and equipment shall be inspected and tested according to the owner's requirements. Suppliers should anticipate that inspections and tests of materials and equipment may cause delays.
5.Jiangsu Du'an Environmental Protection's after-sales representative should provide on-site service to conduct installation inspections and equipment trial operations.
6.After the installation work and preparation for testing are completed, on-site testing can begin.

An overall plan showing the horizontal, vertical, and cross-sectional views of the internal recirculation pump and motor, including all control dimensions and required spacing for installation, operation, and maintenance.
D.Detailed drawing
1.Detailed installation diagrams for all assembled accessories of the internal recirculation pump and its operating components.
2.Detailed installation diagram showing the connection or welding of the internal recirculation pump to the foundation and foot bolts.
