Common Faults, Causes, and Solutions for Duwan 600ZQB-160 Axial Flow Pump
(1)To prevent or minimize the inaccuracy of disassembly that may cause the rotor to be insensitive in rotation, mark the mating surfaces between the front and rear ends of the base with a placeholder before assembling the motor. After trimming, disassemble in the original manner.
(2)When unwinding the coil, be careful to protect the core to prevent the silicon wafer from warping, shifting, and the appearance of burrs at the slot teeth angles. A good unwinding procedure is: first, use a diagonal cutters to sever the coil at one end, then pull it out with pliers from the other end.
(3)Properly wind the coil on the winding mold according to the specified dimensions to ensure the outward gap of the winding ends and the coil fits into the slot.
(4)The embedded wire adopts the "three-dimensional method," which means embedding one phase before another, forming a "three-layer three-dimensional" structure at the ends. Attention should be paid during embedding: ①The positions of the first two "hanging handles" coils must be appropriate to ensure that the remaining coils do not scrape against the rotor iron core; ②When embedding the bottom coil, use the marking board sparingly to avoid damaging the coil insulation; ③The insulating paper between phases must be fully inserted, and the two-phase coils should be widely spaced; ④For oil-immersed and water-filled motors, the coils in the slots (including the ends) should not be compressed to allow oil (water) to effectively dissipate heat from the winding.
(5)Address insulation at the joint. (6)Keep it dirty during disassembly. Carefully adjust the bottom "limiting screw" to allow the spindle to rotate freely, and then tighten the locking nut. Reinstall the top cover in its original position, being careful not to damage the rubber sealing ring inside the seal box. To ensure the safe operation of the pump, the following preparatory work should be done before starting it up:
(1Gently rotate the coupling or belt pulley by hand to check for smooth and easy movement of the pump, and inspect for any debris inside and for any collision between parts; verify if there are any unusual noises from the bearings and if the fit is loose; check the tightness of the packing material and the belt tension. If any abnormalities are found, they should be addressed.
(2Check all fasteners for looseness and tighten as necessary.
(3Inspect the lubricant in the bearing for adequacy and cleanliness; replenish or replace as necessary.
(4Check the motor wiring to ensure it is correct, to prevent the pump from reversing or the motor from burning out.
(5For centrifugal pumps, check if the gate valve is closed, and note that the closing time of the gate valve should not exceed...3-5Minutes, otherwise the mechanism may be damaged due to the circulating water heating inside the pump.
(6Pump units requiring priming should be primed, and during priming, the water should rotate the coupling shaft or drive the belt wheel to expel air from the impeller of the pump.
