3、ZQBThe series of submersible axial flow pumps feature various protection functions: water leakage alarm in the motor wiring chamber, used to detect the sealing condition of the wiring chamber; overheating protection device in the stator winding; anti-condensation device in the stator winding; temperature measurement sensor for thrust bearing; and mechanical seal leakage alarm in the pump oil chamber.
Section II: Manufacturing and Assembly Processes
Axial flow pump manufacturing employs numerousLeading-edge technologyOur manufacturing techniques.
1Submersible axial flow pump impeller is made ofFrontierHydraulic model design, the impeller dynamic balance is achieved through balancing tests on a balancing machine, ensuring the dynamic balance accuracy reachesG6.3Grade, ensuring the pump operates smoothly with no vibration and operation noise less than70Decibels.
2The lead wires of the submersible axial flow pump motor undergo special processing. Due to the long-term operation of the submersible axial flow pump underwater in harsh conditions, coupled with other adverse human factors, the cables may sustain unexpected damage, leading to water entering the motor. Special sulfur sealing treatment of the cables eliminates the risk of cable damage leading to pump failure. The main principle is: the submersible cable is composed of a rubber sheath, filler, and cable core. Each cable core is made up of an inner rubber sheath and multiple strands of copper wire. When the cable sheath or inner rubber sheath is damaged, medium water can enter the motor chamber through the gaps between the cable core and sheath or between the copper wires, thereby destroying the motor. In response to this phenomenon, our company peels the single-core cable, tin-plates it, and then implants it into the rubber, followed by inserting the single-core cable into the rubber.***Sealed with a rubber ring, after using a vulcanized rubber water-tight cable, the motor can be submerged underwater.20The rice mill operates normally, fundamentally eliminating the pathways for water to enter the motor; see relevant drawings for details.
3The impeller shaft and bearings of the submersible axial flow pump are assembled using hot pressing, with major components and critical parts machined at a CNC machining center. Quality control is conducted on the assembly line, and performance testing is done at the quality testing center.
To ensure long-term, effective, and safe operation of mixed-flow and axial-flow pumps, we require thorough pre-installation preparations and regular maintenance of the pumps. The specific maintenance schedule can be determined by the customer based on usage conditions.

Submersible axial flow pumps are generally considered a choice for conveying large volumes of water with relatively low lift. Submersible axial flow pumps have been in use for over twenty years, with a wide range of applications including flood control pumping stations, wastewater treatment plants, surface drainage systems, agricultural irrigation, fish farming, water diversion projects, and various industrial wastewater discharges.
Installation Method:Semi-permanent installation within the casing, with the pump housed in a steel or concrete well.
Preparation and maintenance methods for the installation and care of mixed flow and axial flow pumps:
(1)Before installation, check if the pump shaft and drive shaft are bent during transportation; if so, they need to be straightened.
(2)The pump installation elevation must comply with the specifications in the product manual to meet the requirements for cavitation margin and starting conditions.
(3)Prior to water being introduced into the pool, a debris screen should be installed to prevent any foreign matter from damaging the pump. The flow rate of water passing through the debris screen should not exceed0.3Rice/Seconds are good.
(4)Before installation, check if the blade installation angle meets the requirements and if the blades are loose.
(5)Upon completion of installation, check that all coupling nuts and base bolt nuts are properly tightened. When tightening the nut on the drive shaft and pump shaft, pay attention to the thread direction.
(6)The drive shaft and the pump shaft must be installed on the same vertical line, with the error being less than0.03millimeters/Meters.
(7)The outlet piping should be supported by an additional bracket; it should not be supported by the pump housing.
(8)No gate valves should be installed on the outlet pipeline; if they are, they must be fully opened before starting up.
(9)When using a check valve, a balancing hammer can be installed to counterbalance the weight of the door cover, making the pump operate more economically.
(10)For transmission units lubricated with butterfat, the bearing oil cavity should be cleaned and rinsed during maintenance, and then re-filled with lubricant, ensuring that it is filled to the cavity's capacity.1/2~2/3Ensure suitability to avoid excessive bearing temperature rise during operation. However, rubber bearings must never come into contact with oils.
(11)Prior to starting the pump, fill the short pipe leading to the upper stuffing box with clean water or soap solution to lubricate rubber or plastic bearings. Stop once the pump operates normally.
(12)Before each start-up, the pump should be manually rotated three to four times, and attention should be paid to any unevenness in weight or other phenomena. If any of the above conditions are present, the cause must be investigated and eliminated before operation.
(13)During the operation of axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps, the following points should be frequently attended to:
Is the impeller submerged deep enough, i.e., is the water level too low, to avoid affecting flow or generating noise?
②Is there wear on the outer edge of the impeller and the impeller housing? Are there any foreign objects wrapped around the blades? Are the rubber or plastic bearings too tight or burned?
③ Are the tighten bolts loose? Is the center of the pump shaft and drive shaft aligned?
(14)Since both axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps typically do not have check valves on the discharge pipes, they can be shut down directly. After the pump is turned off, care should be taken to wipe away any water and oil stains on the surface of the pump and the motor. For extended periods of disuse or after winter shutdown, the water in the pump casing should be drained immediately. Problems that cannot be addressed during operation should be dealt with promptly after shutdown.(15)Axial and mixed flow pumps have accumulated operation after the drainage and irrigation season ends.1000About an hour, a minor maintenance should be conducted; cumulative operation2000Approximately every hour, a major repair should be conducted.
