Technical Requirements

1. Normally, the格栅cleaning machine operates at intervals, but it can run continuously for 24 hours if necessary.

2. The格栅cleaning machine is set in the inlet channel to collect and remove larger particles and floating debris, and to discharge the waste matter through the discharge outlet.

3. The cleaner is installed in the channel, with an aesthetically pleasing and spacious upper platform design that does not affect the surrounding environmental hygiene.

4. Upon resuming operation after a period of downtime, the rake cleaning mechanism can remove accumulated debris from a fully blocked grate.

5. All drive components of the equipment are above the water surface, and maintenance openings are provided above the frame. In the event of an accidental incident or for maintenance and repairs, staff can perform their work directly through the maintenance openings on the work platform, making repairs and maintenance convenient. During installation, simply hoist the equipment into place and weld the base plates to the pre-buried steel plates on the ground level of the channel sides.

6. The scraper walking mechanism is flexible, stable, and has reliable braking. The positioning accuracy is ≤5mm. The cleaning machine features a reliable mechanical over-torque protection device to ensure safe operation.

7. The drive unit is equipped with a protective cover at the top of the grille, featuring overload protection. The speed of the scraper meets the requirements of the on-site process and installation.

8. The grid underwater sprockets and chains are equipped with anti-blocking protection devices, ensuring reliable operation.

9. Motor design must comply with IEC standards, and the rated power of the motor must exceed the actual power.1.5 times the required power, F-grade insulation, 3P power supply, 380V, 50Hz, IP65 protection rating.

10. Electrical Protection: The overload protection device for electrical appliances uses a thermal relay, which automatically shuts down and alarms when a mechanical failure or overloading occurs. The device operates sensitively and reliably.

13.1.3 Electrical Requirements

Locally mounted electrical control box (1 control, 304 stainless steel housing, IP55) is supplied as a complete set for grate machines. The power and control cables from the control box to the grate machine, as well as cable fasteners, are to be supplied by the installation unit. Technical requirements for the control box and control are detailed in the electrical and control clauses.

13.1.4 Self-Control Requirements

Each grating machine must have the function of on-site stepless control for start/stop and be equipped with PLC remote control capabilities. Its electrical control cabinet should at least have the following signal interfaces:
