GAK Self-connection Device Installation:

The installation of the automatic coupling submersible污水pump primarily involves the assembly of the coupling device and the hoisting of the pump. Before installation, a chain lock is tied onto the pump's lifting ring for use in hoisting and lowering the pump.

Installation Steps for Coupling Device:

The coupling frame is secured to the pump body with four bolts; the outlet pipe is fixed to the base; the locating cone is mounted on the outlet pipe bracket; the conduit is slipped over the locating cone at the bottom and over the rubber block on the guide rod frame at the top; subsequently, the guide rod frame is fixed to the pool wall. The function of the rubber block: Adjust the axial clamping force of the rubber block with the screws on the guide rod frame to match the diameter of the rubber block with the inner diameter of the guide rod, ensuring stability.

Installation Steps for Pumps:

Hoisting pump, align the guide holes on the coupling frame with the guide rod, slowly lower the hoisting rope, allowing the pump to slide freely along the rod. The pump outlet will automatically align with the outlet pipe socket. Release the hoisting rope, under the weight of the pump, the inclined surface on the coupling frame wedges tightly with the corresponding inclined surface on the outlet pipe socket, and the pump flange face will tightly fit the sealing surface of the outlet pipe socket, thereby achieving automatic coupling of the pump and the outlet pipe socket. When hoisting is needed, simply pull the hoisting rope to disconnect the pump and the coupling frame from the outlet pipe, and lift the pump and the coupling frame along the rod.
