Axleless Screw Conveyor
Construction and transportation process:
The WLS type shaftless screw conveyor is composed of a shaftless screw, U-shaped channel, lining plates, cover plate, inlet, and drive unit.
Materials are fed into the machine through the inlet, propelled by a spiral, and discharged through the outlet.
Features:
1. Simple structure, total absence of bearing in the material trough, smooth material conveyance, and easy maintenance.
2. As required, our exclusive universal joint couplings can be used to thoroughly eliminate the隐患 of shaft failure.
3. Other than the open inlets and outlets, the rest can be covered with lids, preventing material from spilling out and reducing air pollution.
