Shafted spiral conveyors consist of screws,U-channel cover plates, inlets, outlets, and drive units make up the structure, while the shaftless screw conveyor replaces the screw with a shaftless spiral and includes replaceable liners within the U-channel. The design is simple, with materials entering through the inlet, propelled by the spiral, and exiting through the outlet. The entire conveying process can occur within a sealed channel, reducing noise and odor emissions. Since there are no high-speed rotating parts in the equipment, the screw wear is low, the energy consumption is low, and the equipment requires minimal maintenance.
