Drive-on Mud ScooperApplicable for horizontal flow sedimentation tanks in water supply and drainage projects, it scrapes sludge settled at the bottom of the tank into the sludge collecting channel and skims the floating matter on the surface into the waste collecting channel. The scraper blades for floating matter can be customized according to customer requirements. The equipment is suitable for horizontal flow sedimentation tanks in water supply and drainage projects, scraping sludge settled at the bottom into the collecting channel and skimming floating matter on the surface into the waste channel. The scraper blades can be adjusted as per customer needs. Depending on the water flow direction, it can be divided into reverse scraping sludge and reverse waste removal, or reverse scraping sludge with concurrent waste removal. The scraper blades are raised when not scraping. Upon returning to the starting position of scraping, the blades are lowered, and this cycle repeats.
Operation Principle of Traveling Sludge Scraper: The traveling sludge scraper operates with the traveling motor, each performing its designated function without interference. The bottom of the scraper is equipped with underwater traveling wheel structures to ensure smooth operation. The two traveling motors are synchronous motors, guaranteeing even movement on both sides.
The Drive-Type Mud Scraper is primarily composed of components such as the transmission unit, driven shaft assembly, driving shaft assembly, adjustment device, bracket, and electrical control box. The transmission unit is mounted on the walking wheel bracket and consists of an asynchronous induction motor, a cycloidal pinwheel reducer, gears, and a base. This transmission unit offers high transmission efficiency, high torque, smooth operation, and low noise. A safety shear pin is set in the chain wheel of the reducer's output shaft to achieve overloading protection for the machinery. The motor reducer has sufficient output torque, with its rated torque exceeding the torque required for the scraper to remove mud.1.25 times, and set the scraper and pool bottom up and down adjustment mechanism to control the distance between the scraper and the pool bottom. The transmission device does not require up and down adjustment after installation, mainly relying on the synchronized transmission gears for operation. The requirement is for the gears to mesh tightly and evenly with no noise.
Technical specifications for drive-on mud scraper:
1. The drive scraper operates smoothly and normally with no shocks, vibrations, or abnormal noises.
2. The mud cleaner runs back and forth along the track in a cyclic manner, starting up at regular intervals. The installed mud pump completes the mud suction function. The mud cleaner is equipped with an overload protection device, which automatically adjusts the working load when the working resistance is high.
3. The driving scraper is equipped with a limit position device, which has an automatic emergency stop or reverse function when out of position.
4. The sedimentation pool of the traveling mud scraper is equipped with inclined pipe media.
5. The bridge walkway of the bridge sludge pump is made of carbon steel, with surface anti-corrosion treatment, horizontally placed at the top of the grit chamber, supported by the driving unit at the top of the pool wall. The walkway is constructed from galvanized steel grating, featuring handrails on both sides. The sludge pump moves along two steel tracks on the pool's surface, equipped with a driving mechanism, with all rolling and support shafts having a lifespan exceeding 10 years.
6. The traveling mud scraper is equipped with a scum scraper blade. When scraping the scum, the blade partially submerges under the water, and when it reverses direction, the blade is lifted above the water surface.
7. The污泥泵 features a submersible pump design with an open impeller, used for suctioning the sludge-water mixture at the bottom of the channel. It is conveniently installed on a walkway bridge, making maintenance easy.
8. Electrical control meets independent operation and protection requirements, with a reserved PLC interface for sand suction pump control.
