Scope of Application  

Duwan Environmental SQJBThe Bi-curved Blender is our company's patented product. It is widely used in industries such as environmental protection, chemical, energy, and light industry, where solid-liquid-gas exchange of liquids is required. It is particularly suitable for mixing and blending in wastewater treatment processes, including coagulation ponds, regulating ponds, anaerobic ponds, aeration ponds, nitrification and denitrification ponds, and various corrosive media.

ThreeTransportation and Storage

 1. Mixing shafts and impellers must not be subjected to pressure or collision during transportation; they should be handled with lifting equipment, and the surface of the impeller should be protected from scratching. 2. When stored for long periods, avoid high temperatures and humidity. The mixing shaft should be suspended vertically, and the impeller should be placed on a flat surface to prevent deformation.

FourEquipmentInstallation

  1、Vertical BlenderThe bridge should be leveled, and the half-bridge uprights should be plumb. The anchor bolts and connection points should be sturdy and reliable.

2. Place the shock-absorbing bracket flat in the specified location on the bridge, align it horizontally, and then connect and secure it to the bridge.

The decelerating motor is mounted on the shock-absorbing base and securely connected.

4. Secure the impeller to the mixing shaft flange with bolts and tighten them.

 Step 5: Place the impeller and stirrer shaft into the tank, connect and secure the stirrer shaft to the reducer output shaft.

6、After the mixer is installed, the stirrer shaft must be perpendicular to the horizontal plane. The deviation should be less than1/1000, and not exceeding 5mm.

After installation, remove the motor rear cover and manually rotate the fan blades to check if the blender operates smoothly and normally. The swing deviation of the blending shaft should be less than 3/1000.

After powering on, observe the direction of the stirrer shaft rotation by pressing the button. The correct rotation direction, viewed from top to bottom, is counterclockwise. If not, swap the positions of any two power lines.

9. Electrical equipment installation must be conducted in accordance with national regulations and safety protocols.

FiveEquipmentOperation  

  Upon completion of the equipment installation, a trial run is required. Prior to the trial run, it is mandatory to inject approximately the volume of the pool into the pool itself.70% water content; Do not operate the equipment without water to avoid uneven stress on the stirrer shaft that could lead to bending. After the trial run, please ensure to check:

1、Are there any abnormal noises or temperature rise in the decelerating motor?

2. Is the motor current within the rated value range (brief overcurrent during startup is normal).

3、The swing condition of the agitator shaft.  In any of the aforementioned scenarios, should an abnormality arise, the cause must be identified and corrected. Note: Adjust the rotation direction of the mixer to correspond with the direction of the blade reinforcing ribs.

Six.EquipmentMaintenance and Service  

1、The new machine is now operational.1. The reducer oil should be changed every 200 to 300 hours, along with cleaning the internal oil residue. Subsequently, a replacement can be scheduled every six months to one year; for the use and maintenance of the reducer motor, refer to the manufacturer's instruction manual. 2. Regularly inspect the tightening nuts of the agitator shaft and all connecting bolts for looseness. 3. Regularly check the vibration of the agitator shaft. 4. Regularly inspect the rotating parts for any unusual sounds or temperature increases. 5. Regularly check for any abnormal changes in the current. All inspections should be documented, and in case of any anomalies, please contact our company.

Dual-curved mixer operational:

After the equipment installation is completed, a trial operation must be conducted. Prior to the trial operation, it is necessary to inject approximately the volume of the pool into the pond.70% water content, do not operate the equipment without water to prevent the stirring shaft from bending due to uneven force distribution. After a trial run, please check:

1、Are there any abnormal noises or temperature rises in the decelerating motor?

2. Is the motor current within the rated value range (short-term overcurrent during startup is normal).
